Hunkemöller asked Floyd & Hamilton to build an international online recruitment platform for all 14 countries where they are active, including 11 different languages. These websites should have a seamless integration with Workday, with an on site application process, and the brand values of Hunkemöller should be clearly displayed.
In recent years, Hunkemöller has presented itself as an innovative employer with state-of-the-art recruitment technology. All that was lacking was an optimal recruitment site that matched this ambition and where good candidate journeys could be set up. In addition, the CMS had to offer sufficient tools to analyse the site, generate data and make quick adjustments based on that data.
The website is running smoothly in all countries and technically it has been possible to make the integration with Workday truly seamless and to prevent or circumvent any limitations that this system may impose on applicants. The application form, for example, is different on the site and per target group.
Hunkemöller's versatility as an employer is beautifully displayed and the feeling of an international fashion company that has a lot to offer applicants splashes off the screen.
