More attention to the various knowledge areas within the organisation (CBR-wide showing which functions / work areas there are; being more than just a driving exam institute). More use of infographics and image (photo & video). Colleagues who tell about their work. The message should radiate what kind of employer CBR is. The new website also has to bring about a more efficient and effective recruitment process: not the quantity of applicants, but the quality (those who fit CBR).
