This is us

Floyd & Hamilton operates at the interface of recruitment, marketing and IT. This is reflected in the composition of the team. A colourful group of experienced designers, developers, recruitment professionals, project managers, product owners and online marketers who, together with our clients, build beautiful and innovative recruitment platforms. That's in our DNA, that's where we get our energy and pleasure from.

Our team

At Floyd & Hamilton we value our team highly. We work hard together on challenging projects for our clients, constantly strengthening each other and challenging each other as professionals. Since our establishment in 2010, we have built and 
updated more than 150 websites and more than 90 clients. This includes small and very large projects, for well-known national organisations and many attractive multinationals, which resulted in many nominees and some prize-winning websites.

Our SPECS

Within our team we find it important to create an informal, open and pleasant working atmosphere where there is plenty of room for development, different opinions and humour. We therefore select new colleagues on our SPECS: Sympathetic, Professional, Energetic, Creative and Service-oriented. Maybe that is why the atmosphere at our SPECS is so good. Or is it because of the weekly drinks, kickboxing, innovation days, wine tastings, Christmas dinners, indoor skiing, jeu de boules, curling, Haka-workshop or one of the other social events...

Eneco shows what an optimal vacancy page should look like because it is unique every time. Helped by deploying a smart CMS, which enriches the content on the vacancy page on the basis of dynamic vacancy data. This creates a unique vacancy page, which is actually focused on the specific persona that is being searched for.
