In the year of 2010, in the belief that employers were not making use of their online
opportunities to present themselves as employer brand,
Floyd & Hamilton was founded.
Now, 12 years later, employer branding is an important part of almost every business strategy. Recruitment technology has become a mature market and Floyd & Hamilton has developed into one of the most important players. With itself developed software, based on all accumulated knowledge and data over time, hundreds of platforms have been launched for clients in more than 20 countries. And therefore in multiple languages and target groups.

Always effective and with thoughtful candidate experiences. Interfaced with many software partners. Innovative, sometimes award winning or even iconic. We are proud of the recruitment platforms we were allowed to create for our clients. Inspirational projects and enjoyable collaborations. All this has ultimately resulted in years of beautiful milestones. We look back at 12 years of fun, challenges, learnings and successes. 
For this we thank our clients, investors, partners, supporters and fans. But especially our team members who have made a major contribution to this. Much may have been achieved, but we are certainly not finished yet.
We still have lots of ambitions and dreams. Many new challenges will come our way. There is always room for innovation and creativity. We look forward to continuing this journey with you. MORE TO COME!
